There are two kinds of people in the world....

A great perspective from Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich"...

Broadly speaking, there are two kinds of people in the world: leaders and followers. Decide at the beginning whether you intend to be a leader or remain a follower. The difference in income is vast.

The follower cannot reasonably expect the compensation which a leader is entitled to...although may followers make the mistake of expecting such pay.

And it's no disgrace to be a follower. On the other hand, remaining a follower isn't a credit, either. Most great leaders began in the capacity as a follower. They become great leaders because they were intelligent followers.

With few exceptions, the person who cannot follow a leader cannot BECOME an efficient leader. The person who can follow a leader most efficiently is usually the person who develops their leadership abilities faster.

So...which group are you in? Which group are you committed to staying in?
